Terms of Service

What RallyDesk is

RallyDesk (“we”, “us”) provides software that racquet and pickleball clubs (“Clubs”) use to run their business — court booking, memberships, programs, and point of sale. When you book a court, join a program, or make a purchase, your relationship for that transaction is with the Club; we provide the platform the Club uses to serve you.

Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials private. You must be at least 13 to create an account; parents or guardians manage participation for younger players through the Club.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe on behalf of your Club, and charges appear from the Club. If you choose to keep a card on file, you authorize the Club to charge it for purchases you approve and for balances under the Club's posted policy; you can remove a saved card at any time from your account page.

Bookings, cancellations & refunds

Cancellation windows, no-show rules, and refund terms are set by each Club — see our refunds pageand your Club's posted policies. We surface those rules at the point of booking wherever possible.

Acceptable use

• Don't misuse the service, probe its security, or access data that isn't yours.
• Don't use another person's identity or membership benefits.
• Clubs are responsible for content they publish (event listings, messages, policies).

Service & liability

We work hard to keep RallyDesk fast and reliable, but the service is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
