Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account details: name, email, and optionally phone number.
• Club activity: bookings, program registrations, check-ins, and purchases at your Club.
• Payment details are handled by Stripe — RallyDesk never stores card numbers; we keep only a display summary (brand and last four digits) for cards you choose to save.

How it's used

Your information is used to run your Club's operations: reservations, rosters, receipts, membership benefits, and messages from your Club. We process this data on behalf of your Club and do not sell personal information.

What's visible to whom

Club staff see the member information needed to serve you. Participants in a league or event can see the roster they're part of. Nothing about you is shown publicly unless your Club explicitly enables a public view (for example, league standings) — and Clubs control how names appear there, down to first-name-only.

Email preferences

Transactional emails (booking confirmations, receipts) are part of the service. Marketing emails from your Club always include an unsubscribe link, and opting out is honored immediately.

Retention & your choices

Financial records are retained as required for the Club's bookkeeping. To correct your information, use your account page or ask your Club. To request deletion of your personal information, contact your Club or support@rallydesk.io — we'll anonymize personal fields while preserving the Club's financial records as the law requires.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access is role-restricted, and payment processing is delegated to Stripe (a PCI-DSS Level 1 provider). No system is perfectly secure, but security is a design principle here, not an afterthought.
